Any time we had questions or trouble the front desk always knew how to answer or address the issue right away. The pools were great, the resort had daily events that could be attended, everything about our stay was pleasant. The room itself was great, large and clean, but I don't have any pictures to show without us in it. The food was obviously resort priced, but we had booked a deal where we got a room credit per day so we got to try a bit of everything over the three days we were there and it was all good. The reception desk was always staffed and everybody was incredibly friendly. The hotel service was great from the moment we arrived.
